Gingerbread Latte

One of my favorite Lattes in the winter!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy
  • 3/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • dash of ground ginger
  • dash of ground cinnamon
  • dash of ground nutmeg

Method
 

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan over a medium heat, add milk and then mix in the brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk until well combined and let heat up. Don’t let simmer or boil!
    2. Prepare the 3/4 cup of coffee and set aside while milk mixture is heating up.
    3. Froth the milk mixture and pour over top of the coffee.
