Single High Protein Quiche

Whether you’re cooking for one, meal prepping for the week, or just trying to get more protein into your diet, this single-serve high-protein quiche is a game changer. It’s everything you love about a classic quiche—creamy, savory, comforting—but with a macro-friendly twist and zero fuss.

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup breakfast sausage (optional or add veggies)
  • Crumbled feta
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°. In a small oven safe bowl add your flower tortilla, crack your two eggs at your cottage cheese and your breakfast sausage. Add the salt, pepper feta, I usually do a tablespoon or so of the feta and then mix well.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until completely done. Take out and let cool and enjoy!
