Single Serve high Protein Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup breakfast sausage optional or add veggies
  • Crumbled feta
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°. In a small oven safe bowl add your flower tortilla, crack your two eggs at your cottage cheese and your breakfast sausage.
  2. Add the salt, pepper feta, I usually do a tablespoon or so of the feta and then mix well.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until completely done. Take out and let cool and enjoy!
