Personal Hoagie Chopped Salad
I've started a really fun salad series on my Instagram and sharing all the ways you can make hearty salads and dressings at home! Along with this series I share some of my favorite kitchen tools for salads. The main one being this chopper.
It is THE BEST! Not only for salads, but just in general for meal prep and very easy to clean!
This personal hoagie salad makes for a quick lunch and only using the chopper which makes it an easy clean up!

Ingredients
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices salami
- 2 slices pepperoni (the large slices)
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1 slice of red onlion
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 4-5 romaine leaves
- 3Tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- dash of italian herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grab your chopper and start chopping each ingredient (easy right?!) leave everything in the container. Once chopped set aside and grab a small bowl.
- In the bowl, add your mayo, red wine vinegar, olive oil, pickle juice and italian herbs. Mix well and then add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
