Honey Latte
Negative temps have hit us hard here in Wyoming... and have lasted for days with no end in sight. Coffee is the ticket for me to warm up in the mornings but on the weekends I love to indulge and bring out my milk frother and make a yummy latte.
I bought my frother a while ago when it was $99 marked down to $20! Couldn't even believe it!
The key to this recipe is a good dark roast in a French press and good honey! I've been using Oak Hill Farms honey for over a year now and I've never looked back! Plus, who doesn't love supporting small shops and bee farmers?!

Let's get started on our latte!
Ingredients
- 2 T of honey (or more if you like it super sweet!)
- 1/4 C Dark roast coffee (I make a French press)
- 1 C frothed milk
- A cute mug!
Instructions
1. Brew your dark roast coffee either in your coffee maker or a a French press.
2. While the coffee is brewing, add your honey to your mug and froth your milk.
3 .Pour half of the frothed milk into your mug, stir to incorporate the honey, add your coffee and then top off with the frothed milk.
4. Enjoy and stay warm friends!
Notes
You can also add the honey right into the milk and froth together!
