
Cottage cheese that has been whipped is probably my new favorite way to incorporate it into a dip! You truly can’t even tell that it is cottage cheese! But with the cottage cheese, the buffalo sauce, ranch, chicken and the shredded cheese it is so good. This will become your new favorite to take to your next BBQ!
Ingredients:
- 16 oz container cottage cheese
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce ( I like Franks Red Hot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Add the cottage cheese to your food processor or use an immersion blender and blend it until it is a smooth consistency.
2. Next, add the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce and blend again until it is all incorporated. Mix in the chicken and put dip into a baking dish and top with cheese
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and then broil on low for 2!
