Chicken, Ravioli & Parmesan Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 2-3 large chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons chicken seasoning (or any favorite seasoning)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt & pepper
- Cheese raviolis
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a pan, season chicken on both sides and cook until fully done. Once done set aside and slice. In the same pan add the butter, mushrooms and garlic.
- Sauté for a few minutes, then stir in flour and mix well. Once mixed, slowly add in the half n half, Parmesan, remaining seasoning and stir. Let simmer until sauce thickens.
- While the sauce is thickening, get a pot of boiling water going and add in your ravioli. Cook as instructed on packaging.
- While the ravioli is cooking, add the sliced chicken back into the sauce. Place raviolis on plates and top with chicken and sauce.
