
Give me dill pickle anything! Cheese balls are my jam and adding dill pickle just takes to another level. An easy appetizer for any gathering.
Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dill pickle, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese for later. Form into a ball and place on plastic wrap. Wrap up, keeping the ball form and place in fridge for 3 hours.
- Once chilled, roll in 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and place some sliced dill pickle on top. Serve with veggies or pita chips!
