Bagel Bombs
If you’ve followed me for a while you have heard me say many times that me and bread making don’t mix …. We just don’t… we’ll friends, a friend of mine encouraged me to give it a try again and is letting me share her recipe with you for NO YEAST bagel bombs!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 egg with 1 teaspoon water
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add in the Greek yogurt and mix until the dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a floured surface.
- Roll the dough out into a log and cut in 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then roll out the ball and add about a tablespoon of cream cheese in the middle. Take all the sides and pinch into the center and roll to seal the ball.
- Place each ball on a greased pan and mix the egg and water together to create an egg wash. Brush the egg on each ball. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning or any seasoning you like!
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Notes
You could also half the pieces and make smaller bagel bombs!
These are freezer friendly! Wrap in plastic wrap and then place in a freezer bag and store in freezer. To reheat, simply microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Get creative! Add your favorite fillings inside and on top!
