Easy Breakfast Casserole
We love breakfast casseroles in our home! And sometimes it’s just easier to throw together all of our favorites in one dish, bake it and serve it! This is a favorite of ours that I’m sure you will love too!

Ingredients
- 1/2 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 pound ground cooked sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions
- Place the hashbrowns in a 9x13 greased casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- While the hashbrowns are cooking, cook up your sausage. Take the hashbrowns out of the oven, reduce heat to 350 and pour sausage on top.
- Top with cheese. Mix together the eggs, milk and spices and pour on top.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until nice and brown on top.
