Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 lb. ground cooked sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 C cheddar cheese
  • 1 C milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley

Method
 

  1. Place the hashbrowns in a 9x13 greased casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
    2. While the hashbrowns are cooking, cook up your sausage. Take the hashbrowns out of the oven, reduce heat to 350 and pour sausage on top.
    3. Top with cheese. Mix together the eggs, milk and spices and pour on top.
    4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until nice and brown on top.
    5. Enjoy!
