Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 3 cans northern beans, drained
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Get your chicken breasts cooked and shredded and set to the side. In a pot add in the onion with the olive oil and let cook for 5 minutes. Next add in the beans, broth, corn, chilies and all of the spices.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add in the chicken and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and cream cheese and let melt.
- Once melted, serve hot with crusty bread.
