Coconut Maple Latte
Give me all the coconut! Am I right?! I don’t care that it’s 2 degrees outside... coconut is a year round thing for me, no if ands or buts about it! Ok- so for this latte I added some maple syrup to it and y’all.... holy smokes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, are notes!)
- 1 tablespoon coconut creme creamer
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional, see notes!)
- 1/4 cup coffee
- whipped cream
- toasted coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a pot, add in the milk, maple syrup, creamer and/or extract, and sugar if using! Mix well and let heat up.
- While the milk mixture of heating up add a few coconut flakes to a small pan and toast about 2-3 minutes. Also get you coffee brewed and into your favorite mug!

- Once the milk mixture is hot, froth it!
- Pour milk mixture into mug with codfee, top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

Notes
the coconut creme creamer is hard to find for some of y’all, so if you can’t find it then use the extract! Since the extract is not sweetened, add in the sugar!
I actually added a touch of extract in with my creamer and it was the perfect amount of coconut! I did not use sugar since I had the creamer and the maple syrup, that’s enough sugar for me!
