Skillet Parmesan Spinach & Artichoke Dip
I got a new pan around Christmas from Our Place and have been finding any excuse to cook in it, the dang pan cooks like a dream! With NYE fast approaching (hello 2021!) I’m sharing an easy dip that you can make in a skillet.

Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen, make sure to thaw and drain if frozen!)
- 1/2 cup chopped artichokes (I get them in a jar)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Get that pan heated up and drop the butter and garlic in. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add in the cream cheese and sour cream. Let melt and mix together. Add in salt & pepper, spinach and artichokes. Mix well and let combine.
- Top with Parmesan cheese, put a lid on it and let the cheese melt.
- Serve hot with veggies, crackers or bread!
