Biscuits & Gravy Casserole
We love classic biscuits and gravy but any opportunity to turn something into a casserole and I’m there! Y’all- this is a good one!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 2.5-3 cups milk (I use 2%)
- 2 cans of biscuits, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cheese
- 8 eggs
Instructions
- Start by making your sausage gravy. Cook your sausage until cooked, sprinkle on the flour and mix well. Slowly add in the milk and let simmer until thick.
- Preheat oven to 350. Take a 9x13 greased casserole dish and place your biscuit pieces in the dish. Mix together the 8 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the biscuits. Pour the sausage gravy on top and top with cheese.
- Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until biscuits are completely done in the middle
