- Start by making your sausage gravy. Cook your sausage until cooked, sprinkle on the flour and mix well. Slowly add in the milk and let simmer until thick.
- Preheat oven to 350. Take a 9×13 greased casserole dish and place your biscuit pieces in the dish. Mix together the 8 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the biscuits. Pour the sausage gravy on top and top with cheese.
- Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until biscuits are completely done in the middle.
