I’ve never been a fan of meatloaf that has ketchup in it or BBQ sauce and I like those two ingredients! Just not with meatloaf. A few years ago I decided to give it a try again and make it with some simple spices to give it a savory flavor and pair it with some mushroom gravy!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until done in the middle.2. If you want a mushroom gravy to put on top, place 2 T of butter in a pan, let melt and add 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. Let sauté for 5 minutes, sprinkle in 3 T flour. Mix well and slowly pour in 1 cup of beef broth to make a gravy.3. Enjoy!
