Eat till it hurts

Strawberry Peach Refresher

July 21, 2025

With juicy peaches finally in season and strawberries at their sweetest, this Strawberry Peach Refresher is everything you want in a drink: fruity, fresh, and seriously pretty. Whether you’re lounging at the pool, hosting a summer BBQ, or just want a little upgrade to your afternoon hydration, this hits the spot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole peach, skinned and chopped
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (I use coconut sugar—trust me, it makes the fruit pop!)
  • LOTS of ice
  • Water or seltzer (your choice!)

Instructions:

In a large cup, toss in your chopped peaches, sliced strawberries, and sugar.

Muddle it all together until the fruit is juicy and fragrant.

Add a generous amount of ice, then fill with water or seltzer if you want those fun bubbles.

Give it a solid shake, pop in a straw, and enjoy every summery sip!

Comment CLAY for everything that I used!

I rolled the clay into a ball and then flattened it with a rolling pin. Traced it with the egg carton, you can definitely do 12 spaces. I just wanted a small version. Once I got the clay shaped on the egg carton, I smoothed it with a sponge and water and let it dry completely. The drying process takes about 24 hours or so. After I dried, I painted it white and then painted sunflowers on it and then used a glaze that does not require any UV light!🙌🏼 there’s so many ways that you can create this!
