Negative temps have hit us hard here in Wyoming… and have lasted for days with no end in sight. Coffee is the ticket for me to warm up in the mornings but on the weekends, I love to indulge and bring out my milk frother and make a yummy latte.
The key to this recipe is a good dark roast in a French press and good honey!

Method
- Brew your dark roast coffee either in your coffee maker or a a French press.
- While the coffee is brewing, add your honey to your mug and froth your milk.
- Pour half of the frothed milk into your mug, stir to incorporate the honey, add your coffee and then top off with the frothed milk.
- Enjoy and stay warm friends!
