Airfryer Chicken Wings are PERFECT! And you don’t have to deal with all of the grease popping everywhere. The trick to the perfect crispy wings is baking powder! Yup, you read that right, coating the wings in baking powder helps draw out the fat and really crisp them up!
I’m also sharing the sauce mix I use but use whatever sauce you like!
Let’s get started!
Prep Time5 minutes
Cook Time14 minutes
Total Time19 minutes
2 pounds chicken wings
Aluminum free baking powder (not baking soda!)
1 tsp salt
Nonstick cooking spray (I like avocado oil)
1/4 c sweet baby rays original
1/4 c franks red hot
2 Tbsp butter
Pat your wings dry (this is important!). Coat in baking powder and add salt and toss well. Spray the bottom of the airfryer with cooking spray and place wings individually, making sure they are each flat. Airfry 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes, flipping half way.
Check the wings after fully cooking and adjust a few minutes if they still need cooked. Once full cooked, toss in your favorite sauce!
