- 2 pounds chicken Wings
- Aluminum Free Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup Hot Sauce ( I like franks red hot!)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- avocado oil (spray kind)
1. I love the both wings and drums and usually get a big bag of the party wings when I'm making wings. First you want to pat your wings dry (this is important!). Coat in baking powder and add salt and toss well. You want to make sure the wings are thoroughly coated. 2. Spray the bottom of the airfryer with cooking spray and place wings individually, making sure they are each flat. I then like to spray the tops with oil. Airfry 425℉ degrees for 12-14 minutes, flipping half way through. You might need to adjust the time depending on how thick the wings are. 3. Check the wings after fully cooking and adjust a few minutes if they still need cooked. In a sauce pan, I add the bbq sauce, hot sauce and butter. I heat until the butter is melted and then toss the wings in the sauce and serve with blue cheese and veggies!
