Another 30 Minutes and less dinner night! I used leftover chicken from my air fryer rotisserie chicken to make this dish and it was so easy and good! Can easily be doubled and great for a crowd!
Let’s get started!
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Split your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared baking dish. Set the top half to the side
2. Top the bottom buns with 4 slices of mozzarella cheese or 1 cup shredded. Top with chicken, 1 cup marinara, the remaining mozzarella, and basil. Place the top half of the buns on top. Cover and bake 12 minutes.
3. In a small pot, mix together the butter, garlic, salt Parmesan and parsley. Let melt. Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Leave uncovered and bake another 2-3 minutes
4. Remove from oven, slice, and serve. I like to heat up some extra sauce to dip them in!
