I’m not the greatest baker but I can make a mean no bake pie and this one is perfect anytime of year! This is an simple 3 ingredient lemon pie that I make anytime of year for Austin and love to dress it up in the summer with fresh berries. This is the perfect pie to bring to your next gathering!

Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- fresh berries
- graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and condensed milk and mix with a hand mixer. Pour in a graham cracker crust and set on the fridge to chill for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours take out and dress up with berries. Serve immediately and place back in the fridge to chill.
