I tried to meal prep a few meals right before Tucker joined us and bought a few pie tins to make some freezer quiches. Ham and cheese is such an easy one to make and they freeze nicely for a future breakfast!

1 deep dish frozen pie crust (or homemade!)
1/2 Cup milk
3/4 Cup half & half
1 cups diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1tsp Italian seasonings
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Place the pie crust in the oven and let bake for 5-7 minutes. Take out. In a mixing bowl, add the milk, half & half, eggs, cheese and salt & pepper and whisk until blended.
Place ham in the pie crust and pour egg mixture over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
Once quiche is cooked, take out and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Cut into slices and plate.
Wanting to freeze this? Bake, let cool and wrap in tinfoil a few times, date it and freeze it!
