Did you make a turkey that’ll last you a month? We did! I’ve got tons to use and may eventually freeze some, but in the meantime I’m going to make some easy dinners to use it up! 

Turkey chili is easy peasy and so good! 

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked shredded turkey  
• 2 cans light kidney beans, drained
• 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
• 1 can diced tomatoes 
• 1 small can diced green chilies 
• 2 cups beef or chicken broth 
• 3 teaspoons chili seasonings
• Salt & pepper to taste 

Instructions:

1. In a large pot add in all of the ingredients and stir well. Let simmer for 45 minutes. 
2. Serve with your favorite toppings!
