I’m back with another easy lazy pancakes recipe for y’all! Lazy pancakes are a game changer when it comes to an easy morning breakfast! My go to pancake mix is Krusteaz complete mix, all you do is mix water with the mix and add in your favorite toppings! Krusteaz pancakes come out golden, fluffy and perfect every time!
Today I made cinnamon apple lazy pancakes and y’all, the smell in my kitchen is divine!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Krusteaz Complete Pancake Mix
- 1 ⅓ Water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup diced apples
Instructions
- Start with Krusteaz mix in a large bowl and mix with water. Add in the vanilla and cinnamon and give another good mix. Next fold in the apples.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve immediately with syrup!
