In a small blender, add in strawberries, sugar and water. Blend until smooth.

In a small pot add your milk, vanilla extract and white chocolate. Take a small sieve and pour your strawberry purée into. This will help to keep the latte smooth and catch seeds.

Stir the mixture and let heat through. While it’s heating up get your coffee brewed!

Once chocolate is melted, froth the mixture. Pour into your mug with the coffee. Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
