- 14-20 frozen dumplings
- 1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoon ground or fresh ginger
Garnish
- 2 Green Onions, Sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons Chili Crunch
- Sesame Seeds
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a medium baking dish or ovenproof skillet.2.
In a casserole dish, whisk together the coconut milk, siracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and ginger. Taste and adjust. Place frozen dumplings in a single layer in the baking dish. 3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and dumplings are tender.
4. Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
