Viral Dumpling Bake Recipe

This viral dumpling bake is popular for a reason! The flavors alone make this a winner and it is so easy to throw together and bake!

Ingredients
  

  • 14-20 frozen dumplings
  • 1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon ground or fresh ginger
Garnish
  • 2 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chili Crunch
  • Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a medium baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
    2.
In a casserole dish, whisk together the coconut milk, siracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and ginger. Taste and adjust. Place frozen dumplings in a single layer in the baking dish.
    3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and dumplings are tender.

    4. Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
