Toasted Coconut Banana Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk/ non-dairy
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut creme creamer
  • 1-2 teaspoon coconut extract use this if you can’t find the creamer
  • 1 teaspoon sugar use this if you are only using extract!
  • 1/4 cup coffee or mild black tea
  • whipped cream for topping
  • sliced bananas for topping
  • toasted coconut flakes for topping

Method
 

  1. First you gotta whip out the blender! Pour the milk and place the banana in the blender and blend until smooth. Place the mixture in a pot.
  2. Next pour in the creamer or extract and sugar and mix well. Note- I add extract and creamer to mine as I love coconut!
  3. Grab your favorite mug and brew the coffee.
  4. Froth the milk mixture and pour into the mug. Top with whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes and slices of banana
  5. Enjoy!!
