- Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Place the pork tenderloin in a ziploc gallon bag and pour in half of the sauce mixture and set the rest aside. Let it marinate in the fridge for an hour.
- Take the tenderloin on a pan or the grill and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. While that cooks place the remaining sauce in a pan, combine the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and add to the mixture. Let simmer until thickened. If you are making homemade fried rice, get that prepared as well.
- Take the pork out and slice. Plate with fried rice and pork and sauce on top. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.Enjoy!
