Method
- Start by cooking your meat and adding in a splash of water and a packet of taco seasoning. Cook until done and let cool.
- Slice lettuce crosswise into eight 1-inch discs and place on a platter. Top with cooled meat and then all the veggies one after another.
- Place the dressing in a bowl and in the middle of the platter or drizzle over the salad.
- I like to serve this alongside of my homemade salsa or even my pickle guacamole!Enjoy!
