Method
- Make sure that you rinse your cranberries really well and strain.
- Add to a container and pour the soda on. Let them sit in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
- The next day take them out and strain them and then pat dry.
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle on the powdered sugar making sure to coat each one.
- Set your oven to 200° and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the oven off and let them completely cool, take out and enjoy!
Tips for Success:
Use fresh, firm cranberries for the best results. Make sure the cranberries are 100% dry before rolling them in sugar to avoid clumps.

Storage:
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
- Freeze leftovers in an airtight container or freezer bag for 1-2 months. When you're ready to use again, roll in fresh sugar to refresh them.
