Slow Cooker Ham, Green Beans & Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded ham I use leftover ham
  • 3 cans cut green beans save juice from one can, drain the 2 others or 2 cups fresh green beans, cut
  • 2-3 cups diced raw potatoes 4-5 large russet or yellow potatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Whenever we have leftover ham, I always save some, shred it and use it for this meal. You can always buy a small pork butt and use it for this meal. Just place right in the crockpot!
  2. Add in the 3 cans of green beans, drain 2 of the cans and the third can add the juice. If you are using fresh beans, add in 1 cup of water! Add in the raw potatoes, beef broth and salt and pepper.
  3. Let cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Serve it nice and hot with some buttered bread or cornbread!
