Skillet Parmesan Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach fresh or frozen, make sure to thaw and drain if frozen!
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichokes I get them in a jar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Get that pan heated up and drop the butter and garlic in. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and sour cream. Let melt and mix together. Add in salt & pepper, spinach and artichokes. Mix well and let combine.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese, put a lid on it and let the cheese melt.
  4. Serve hot with veggies, crackers or bread!
