Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast or flank steak sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Soft Shell Tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
