Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
