Method
- Start by laying out a piece of plastic wrap. Lay out 6 slices of salami, overlapping so there are no gaps, to form a rectangle. I used 24 slices total.
- Spread the cheese on top, evenly sprinkle on the pepper and onion.
- Roll up tightly, starting with the long side for smaller-diameter roll-ups -- or starting with the short side for larger, wider roll-ups. Wrap in the plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Take out, unwrap and cut into slices.
- Serve immediately with cracker. Enjoy!
