- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves, water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to make sure the sugar dissolves and pumpkin puree is blended in.
- Remove from heat. Pour through a fine mesh strainer and into an airtight container like a glass jar or bottle. The strainer will help remove any sediments from the pumpkin spice simple syrup, if needed.
- Let cool then seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.Enjoy!
