Pickle and Cheese Waffle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar of pickles grated (I had 1 1/2 cups of grated pickle)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 large egg
  • Seasoning of choice

Method
 

  1. Start by grating your pickle. I love my cheese grater for this task! I grated the pickles into a tea towel and then squeezed all the juice out. You want to make sure you get all the juice.
  2. Place the grated pickles in a bowl. Add in your shredded cheese, egg and choice of seasonings.
  3. Get your waffle iron hot and lightly spray with oil.
  4. Spoon on about 1/4 cup of the mixture, place the waffle lid and let cook until about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Take out, plate with some ranch and enjoy!
