- Start by grating your pickle. I love my cheese grater for this task! I grated the pickles into a tea towel and then squeezed all the juice out. You want to make sure you get all the juice.
- Place the grated pickles in a bowl. Add in your shredded cheese, egg and choice of seasonings.
- Get your waffle iron hot and lightly spray with oil.
- Spoon on about 1/4 cup of the mixture, place the waffle lid and let cook until about 3-4 minutes.
- Take out, plate with some ranch and enjoy!
