Personal Hoagie Chopped Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices turkey
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 slices salami
  • 2 slices pepperoni the large slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 slice of red onlion
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 4-5 romaine leaves
  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • dash of italian herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Grab your chopper and start chopping each ingredient (easy right?!) leave everything in the container. Once chopped set aside and grab a small bowl.
  2. In the bowl, add your mayo, red wine vinegar, olive oil, pickle juice and Italian herbs. Mix well and then add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
