Peppermint Mocha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa mix
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (this stuff is strong! Go less if you want!)
  • 1/4 C strong coffee (optional!)
  • whipped cream
  • crushed candy canes

Method
 

  1. Place the milk and cocoa mix in a pot and whisk until combined. Let heat thoroughly but not boil! Once it’s hot, remove from heat and add in the peppermint extract.
    2. Fill a mug with coffee and froth the cocoa mix until it is nice and frothy. Pour into your mug.
    3. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
    4. Enjoy, homebody baristas!

    Notes

    Can’t find crushed candy canes? Buy them whole and pulse them in a good processor until they are crushed!
