quick or old fashioned, uncooked

milk
almond, coconut, or dairy

Teaspoon
granola
I use the ancient grains

Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla

Tablespoon
Honey or Agave Nectar
Chopped peaches
Method
Add oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk.
Mix in the granola and yogurt.
Give it a good shake and then add in the peaches and honey.
Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!
