Arrange the seasoned ribs in a single layer in a large baking dish. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours.
Carefully remove the foil from the baking dish. Drain any excess liquid. Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for 20-30 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to settle, ensuring a tender bite.
