Method
- In a Large Dutch oven or large pot, brown beef with olive oil and onions.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, water and rice to pot. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Once the mixture begins to boil, add cabbage, cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with cheese and cover 1-2 minutes to melt.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately!Enjoy!
