Olive Dip

This zesty and delicious Olive Dip is rich and creamy, and packed with bold savory flavor. It's the ultimate easy appetizer for parties and entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP olive brine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup Green olives sliced (can use black, purple or a mix as well!)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and green olive brine until smooth.
  2. Add the garlic powder, chopped olives, salt, pepper, and combine well.
  3. Evenly spread the Olive Dip into a serving dish and top with more green olives.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes

Storage: 
  • Store leftover dip in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Give it a stir to refresh before serving again.
Tips:
  • This is a great make-ahead recipe. Make the dip up to 24 hours in advance, cover and chill in the fridge, and serve the following day
