- Your stuffing should be firm since it’s been sitting in the fridge. I cut mine into squares, spray a frying pan with oil and heat up the stuffing. Remove from the pan, spray some more oil and crack your eggs. We prefer over easy and cook until egg whites are firm, flip and let cook another minute and remove. Cook your eggs to your liking!2. Place the eggs on top of the stuffing.3. Enjoy!
