- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp 21 salute seasoning (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz macaroni / shells
- 3 C Chicken or beef broth
- 2 C milk
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 block cream cheese
1.Add the ground beef and brown until it's no longer pink. Sprinkle the cornstarch all over and the seasonings and stir.2.Pour in your milk and chicken broth and the pasta. Let simmer on low heat Continue for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through. Make sure to stir occasionally to avoid sticking. There will be some liquid left which will thicken once the cheese is added.3.Add in the shredded cheese and cream cheese and let that melt.4.Enjoy!
