- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 C chicken broth
- 1 C kale
- 2 T flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Start by cooking your sausage, garlic and onion together. Once sausage is cooked add in flour. Slowly pour in the chicken broth.2. Add in the potatoes and let simmer on low for 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft.3. Add in cream and kale and stir. Simmer until kale is wilted.4. Serve immediately with some crust bread!5. Enjoy!
