Gingerbread Coffee Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Method
 

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee
  2. Add all the ingredients to a pot, whisk and let simmer on the stove. Let cool and add to an airtight container.
  3. Add 3 Tbsp of the gingerbread syrup to half and half/ milk or non-dairy and froth.
  4. Add the gingerbread cold foam to the top of your coffee and enjoy!
