- Cut your steak into thin slices. In a pan drizzle some oil and add the minced garlic and steak. Season with salt and pepper and cook 2 min on each side.
- Add in the veggies, toss well and place a lid on top and let cook on low hear for 7-10 minutes. While cooking, in a measuring cup add the beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce and corn starch and whisk.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the veggies and steak and let simmer until thick, about 7-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with rice, quinoa or noodles!Enjoy!
