Easy Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp saracha or more if you want a kick!
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • Cooked rice or noodles
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by making the sauce. Mix together the mayo, chili sauce and siracha. Set aside.
  2. Add the butter to a pan, pat the shrimp dry and add to the pan with salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, until shrimp is pink.
  3. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
