Method
- Start by making the sauce. Mix together the mayo, chili sauce and siracha. Set aside.
- Add the butter to a pan, pat the shrimp dry and add to the pan with salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, until shrimp is pink.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.Enjoy!
